UPDATE: Rolled semi truck cleared after blocking traffic on Highway 1

Highway reduced to one lane westbound at Sumas Way

UPDATE: The truck has been cleared from the area.

A semi-trailer truck rolled onto its side coming off the westbound on-ramp onto Highway 1 at Sumas Way Wednesday morning.

The on-ramp remains open and Highway 1 traffic has been reduced to one lane westbound.

A witness reported seeing the truck’s driver taken away in an ambulance.
