Robber targets fast food restaurants

Two downtown Chilliwack eateries were targeted in Sunday and Monday morning robberies.1

The Chilliwack RCMP is investigating two fast food restaurant robberies.

The first one happened Sunday morning around 7 a.m. at a restaurant in the 45,000 block of Yale Road. The second happened Monday morning, around the same time, at a restaurant in the 45,000 block of 1st Avenue.

In both cases, the male suspect was described as six feet tall with a medium build, wearing a black hoody, black jeans and dark shoes. The man had his face covered and had a weapon.
