Police and coroner on site near Agassiz Rosedale bridge

Facebook posts indicate that a missing Chilliwack man has been found deceased near the Agassiz Rosedale Bridge.

Ronald Garry Beckley, 53, was last seen by a friend on June 24 near the Highway 9 bridge. Investigators had not dismissed the possibility that he was travelling outside the Fraser Valley.

“Police and family are concerned for his well-being,” Cpl. Mike Rail, spokesperson for the Upper Fraser Valley Regional District told Black Press earlier this week.
