There are reports that several bales of hay have fallen onto Highway 1 near the No. 3 Road exit.
About half a dozen hay bales are said to be in the eastbound lanes and causing a hazard to motorists. Google Maps is showing a traffic backup between Cole Road and No. 3 Road.
