The Chilliwack Corn Maze is now open for the season and goes until Oct. 31.

If you’ve ever wanted to go and get lost, Sept. 17 is the best day to do it.

The Chilliwack Corn Maze and Pumpkin Farm will be donating its admission fees that day to the Run For Water foundation, an Abbotsford-based charity that raises funs for clean water projects in the developing world.

Now in its 18th season, the Chilliwack Corn Maze chooses a charity every year to sponsor, and to feature in its maze design. This year, it’s Run For Water.

They also have a kiddie maze in celebration of the 50th anniversary of It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown. Since its first airing 50 years ago, the cartoon movie has been synonymous with fall and halloween. On Oct. 1, they will be showing the movie onsite throughout the day.

Admission to the Chilliwack Corn Maze will also provide access to all its other activities including the giant jumping pillow, pedal carts, giant sandbox, hay bale maze, barnyard ball zone, the new giant slide and the 10-acre maze.

The farm offers field trips for all ages and activities that will keep the whole family entertained for hours. Along with all the fun activities onsite, there are also more than 15 varieties of pumpkins and gourds.

The farm is open Thursdays to Sundays and closes for the season on Nov. 1.
