Chilliwack RCMP arrest man after Marble Hill Road incident

Police investigate after reports that a man had smashed in the sliding glass door of a residence

Chilliwack RCMP were called to the 7100-block of Marble Hill Road late Sunday night after reports that a man had smashed in the sliding glass door of a residence.

Officers responded and a male suspect was quickly located in the 7400-block of Allison Place, according to the police file.

Officers arrested a 37-year-old Chilliwack man, who was remanded into police custody and due to appear in court on Nov. 2.

Police were responding to the call about a smashed glass door that had come in to RCMP at 10:15 p.m. on Nov. 1.

No one was injured in the incident, police said.
