Voting remains brisk at Chilliwack polling stations, but no major delays are being reported.
Residents were lined up outside some locations as voting began at 8 a.m.
And while some lines were long, they moved quickly.
“We got to Sardis Elementary at 8,” reported Erin Osborne on The Progress Facebook page. “There was already a substantial line, but it moved quickly. We were in and out in 20 minutes.”
And done! Best parts of voting: seeing all the people greet each other in line (“Hey Bob” “Oh hey George, haven’t seen you in a long time”), having a good chat with the guy behind me in line, and leaving that Chilliwack Middle School once has sumo wrestling championships.
