With warmer weather finally showing up in the extended forecast, it won’t be long before air conditioners across the Chilliwack area kick into high gear. Trium began as a family-run business, with Ken leading the team as the senior technician, his wife Heather managing the administrative side, and their son Luke joining as the third partner and apprentice.
“Luke’s been apprenticing with me for a few years now and just recently completed his Red Seal gas-fitter certification. We’re excited to see him fully ticketed and ready to take on more jobs of his own,” Ken says.
From his time in the field, Luke has learned that building trust is just as important as technical skill. “My dad has always been known for being candid with clients and sharing his knowledge so they can care for their systems. That transparency builds long-term relationships - and I’ve seen firsthand how important that is.”
