This elegant building is Independent Living on your terms. The 93 suites each have a private balcony, in-suite laundry, and a full-size fridge and stove, but the real draw of the building is the selection of amenities available, allowing you to do as much or as little as you like.

The Hawthorn features three distinct dining options to cater to your style and mood. The Summit Dining Room boasts an elegant, seasonal dinner menu. The buffet-style Alpine Bistro features food made before your eyes at the open-style chef station. Enjoy your meal inside or out on the Alpine’s spacious patio. The casual Chehalis Café and Lounge is perfect for a morning coffee and a chat or an evening cocktail and appetizer.
Two daily meals from either The Summit Dining Room or Alpine Bistro are included in your monthly rental at The Hawthorn.
When you’d rather stay in, meals can be delivered anywhere onsite. No matter what part of the Garrison Crossing campus you call home — dine in or dine out with family and friends!

Look good and feel great—the Clearwater Spa on the main floor of The Hawthorn will have a full-service hair and aesthetics salon, a therapeutic treatment room and a hydrotherapy jet tub.
Easy to get around
The nearby village of Garrison Crossing is easy to access, offering grocery stores, medical offices and other boutique shops. Walk or bike the gorgeous Vedder River Trail which is within walking distance of Elim’s prime location.
Endless convenience
Living relaxed and retired means less housework. Half an hour of housekeeping per week is included at The Hawthorn. Need a handyman? Small tasks such as hanging a TV can be done for a nominal fee through our onsite facilities team. And if you need it, homecare provided by familiar staff means no guesswork in finding temporary help.
