The motto for Chilliwack Grapplers Wrestling is "more kids, more wrestling, more often."

And that's what they've been doing for the last five years, at their regular practice at Evergreen Hall and through a partnership with Chilliwack Community Services.

Bill Brooks with the club says this five-year anniversary week coincides with celebrating their third consecutive partnership agreement with community services. Together, they are able to provide a free drop-in wrestling program, in addition to the club's competitive format.

The drop-in runs Fridays from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Landing Sports Centre (second floor) at 45530 Spadina Ave. The drop-in is open to all genders, for youth in Grades 4 through 12. For more information, email infocgwa@gmail.com or call 604-997-5758.
