Two Chilliwack golfers and a golf club were recognized by the PGA of BC at this year's provincial awards.
Kevin Stinson, Cheam Mountain Golf Course, was named the Stan Leonard Player of the Year, at an award ceremony at River Rock Casino Resort in Richmond on Oct. 29.
Ryan Tofani, Chilliwack Golf Club, was given the Davie Black Professional Development Award.
The Chilliwack Golf Club was given the PGA of BC Community Leadership Bursary. The association says that the bursary is awarded to an individual or member facility demonstrating an extraordinary desire and passion to make a significant difference in the lives of those around them.
