A motorcyclist was reportedly injured in a crash on Hope River Road in Chilliwack, at about 1 p.m. Monday (July 8).

The call came in as a motorcycle hitting a pole.

Crews on scene reported that the man was breathing and conscious, and laying in the middle of the road. RCMP were called to the scene for traffic control.

When the rider was assessed, paramedics called for an air ambulance to meet them at Chilliwack Airport, but that call was cancelled.
