More than 2,000 customers are without power from Hemlock Valley to Dewdney west of Agassiz.
According to a B.C. Hydro outage map, the power has been out since about 12:18 p.m.; the cause of the outage is currently under investigation.
The B.C. Hydro crew is expected to arrive on the scene at about 2:15 p.m.
