A new ticket-purchasing system is coming to the Chilliwack Cultural Centre.
The online system is "designed to enhance the patron experience and streamline ticket purchases," the Chilliwack Arts and Cultural Centre Society stated in a press release.
It will offer improved functionality, easier navigation, and a more user-friendly interface, allowing people to quickly and conveniently purchase tickets.
The new software will be implemented the week of Oct. 20, and as a result, the Chilliwack Cultural Centre's ticket website and box office will be temporarily closed for one to two days during that week.
"We understand that this temporary closure may cause some inconvenience, and we want to inform our community in advance so that everyone can plan accordingly. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this transition and apologize in advance for any frustration that may arise as we implement these changes," the society stated.
