"A Rocky Mountain High Christmas" is coming to Chilliwack this holiday season.

All country roads lead back to Chilliwack – at least they will this holiday season.

A Rocky Mountain High Christmas, a holiday-themed John Denver tribute performance, is coming to the Chilliwack Cultural Centre on Nov. 24.

Promoters are promising "an unforgettable night filled with the timeless hits of John Denver and beloved Christmas music, making it the perfect way to kick off the holiday season."

The show is headlined by Canadian recording artists Rick and Steve Worrall, with special guests Leary Integrated Arts and Technology Elementary School Choir, a stellar Canadian all-star band, and a symphony ensemble from across Canada.

Musicians will pay homage to Denver's acclaimed discography, including 1975's Rocky Mountain Christmas album. The performance has been featured at venues across Canada.

"This tribute to John Denver's music is a genuine celebration, focusing solely on the music itself rather than attempting to imitate the legendary artist," promoters said in an announcement.

A Rocky Mountain High Christmas, celebrating the hits and Christmas songs of John Denver is at the Chilliwack Cultural Centre on Sunday, Nov. 24 at 2 p.m. Tickets $62 for adults and $56 for seniors. Tickets available at the cultural centre, online at chilliwackculturalcentre.ca or by calling 604-391-SHOW (7469).
