Local waste management company Pioneer Disposal is reminding their customers to take extra precautions in light of the COVID-19 pandemic.

“Please ensure all refuse is bagged inside of your cans and securely tied to prevent loose items from coming into contact with our staff. Your refuse collection will continue as normal,” the company said in a Facebook post on Tuesday morning.

Office operations are currently closed as workers are being set up to work remotely. Pioneer Disposal asks for patience during this time of transition.
