Man allegedly draws gun in Abbotsford business

Abbotsford Police Department asking for assistance identifying suspect, vehicle

Abbotsford police are searching for a man who allegedly pulled a gun and threatened staff at a Peardonville Road business on Monday, Jan. 6.

According to a news release from the Abbotsford Police Department (APD) on Monday, Jan. 13, the employee told officers that an unknown man entered their business and requested help with his vehicle.

The man allegedly drew a gun and threatened the staff member when they left to help. 

"The staff member was able to flee and call the police. He was not injured," the APD said.

The APD has released photos of the suspect and vehicle and is asking for the public's assistance in identifying them. Those with information are urged to contact the APD at 604-859-5225.
