It's always an eclectic mix when the local senior high students submit their best work for a year-end group show.

Everyone is invited to the opening of ART33 2015 at the Art Gallery in the Chilliwack Cultural Centre starting next Thursday.

The exhibit runs May 14 to June 6, Noon to 5pm, Wednesday through Saturday.

ART33 is an exhibition of artwork from senior high students of School District #33, juried by their teachers. The work reflects the wide variety of art instruction available at each of the three high schools from traditional 2D and 3D techniques, to more experimental methods using mixed media and non-traditional materials.

The artists' reception for ART33 is on May 23, in the Art Gallery 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
