Eighth annual Confectioner’s Cabaret has a Canada 150 theme.

Chilliwack’s Secondary Characters held its eighth annual Confectioner’s Cabaret Saturday night to raise funds for 2018.

This is the first year the organization can’t afford to perform a full scale production.
