Last chance to submit nominations for Arty Awards

Deadline for Abbotsford Arts Council submissions is June 23

Entries for the Arty Awards can be submitted by someone in the arts community, a friend, or by the artist or group themselves, and will be accepted until June 23.

Nominations close Friday, June 23 at 5 p.m. for the 13th annual Arty Awards.

The Arty Awards are presented Saturday, Sept. 30 at The Reach Gallery Museum and are an initiative of the Abbotsford Arts Council to celebrate and highlight the achievements and contributions of local artists to the community.

Entries can be submitted by someone in the arts community, a friend, or by the artist or group themselves.

For this year the categories have been adjusted to include a wider representation of the community than ever before. The are performing arts, lifestyle, media arts, youth achievement, literary arts, arts advocate, visual arts, and emerging artist.
