The annual World Day of Prayer in the Chilliwack area will be held on Friday, March 6, at 1:30 p.m. at Carman United Church (7258 Vedder Road).
This year, the theme is the Bahamas. The service is a celebration of their culture and history, their land and their legacy.
Participants in the service are members of a diversity of denominations (11 in all), within the Chilliwack and District area.
Special guest Crystal Hicks, who comes from the Bahamas, is the speaker and soloist.
