VIDEO: Find Me My Furever Home - Cheyenne at the Chilliwack SPCA

This six-year-old dog is now looking for his ‘furever’ home after his owner suddenly passed away

Find Me My Furever Home is a weekly video featuring animals up for adoption at the Chilliwack SPCA. It is put together by The Progress in partnership with the Chilliwack SPCA.

A dog was left without a home recently after his owner passed away suddenly.

Now Cheyenne, a six-year-old male mastiff cross who is in shelter at the Chilliwack SPCA, is looking for his ‘furever’ home.

“Cheyenne is very laid back,” said Chloé MacBeth, Chilliwack SPCA branch manager. “He is a really sweet dog.”

Cheyenne is on medication for anxiety issues. He’s also good with other dogs, and might be OK with cats as well, MacBeth added.

Due to COVID-19, the Chilliwack SPCA branch is only open by appointment. You can call them at 604-823-6612.

If you’re interested in adopting Cheyenne, or any other animal from the Chilliwack SPCA, call the shelter. You can also go online to spca.bc.ca to see all of the animals that are up for adoption or to learn more about fostering animals.

Cheyenne’s SPCA ID number is: 515166.
