The young music group, made up of Grade 4-6 students, worked together with the help of teacher Jennifer Epp to write and rehearse their original song, We Belong.
They submitted their song to Guichon's Sing Me A Song contest and won. The cash prize will be put towards the school's music department.
The contest is only in its second year and Chilliwack has won each time; last year, Little Mountain elementary won.
