Brad Higginbottom of Devison Signs Plus spent a total of about 24 hours painting a mural on the side of Cheam elementary last weekend.
Higginbottom was hired by the school after they applied for, and received, an aboriginal students success grant from the school district.
The $3,000 grant went towards the mural, plus a guided painting class for Cheam students, taught by local aboriginal artist Isador Charters.
