Nearly 250 people gathered on the weekend for the 2013 De Groot family reunion in Rosedale.
The family has a reunion every five years, and this year the four-day long event saw four generations of De Groots from six countries — Canada, U.S., Holland, Australia, New Zealand, and France. About 60 people were from the Chilliwack area.
The 2008 reunion was held in Holland.
