Early-morning shoppers were out at Sardis secondary last Saturday buying some of the many plants for sale during the annual Mother's Day Plant Sale.
The sale was put on by the Sardis Secondary Agriculture Program. Sixty students in Grades 10 to 12 planted the seedlings and cuttings in February.
In addition to the Sardis students and staff helping out that day, there were also volunteers from Highroad Academy.
