The Fraser Valley Dragon Boat Club is gearing up for the 2012 season.
FVDBC had their annual cleaning bee last Saturday with a great turnout. All of the men's teams were well represented and the work was done in short time.
Dragonboats will hit the water at Harrison Lake Mar. 3, with practices starting the next day.
FVDBC includes a youth team, a women’s team and five mixed teams.
The Seraphins are the women's team, a group of fiery women between the ages of 18 and 65 who are heading into their second year of paddling. They practice Tuesday nights at 6 p.m. and welcome any new members.
