Chilliwack parts in Abbotsford Pilot machine

The Abbotsford Pilots claimed the Cyclone Taylor Cup last weekend with help from a handful of Chilliwack skaters.

Chilliwack natives logged played key roles for the Abbotsford Pilots as they claimed the Cyclone Taylor Cup last Saturday. The Pilots won the Cup, emblematic of PIJHL junior B hockey supremacy, with a 3-2 double overtime win over the Victoria Cougars. Surrey’s Garrett Lynum had the winner.

Chilliwack natives on Abbotsford’s roster were Terrence Limbert, Dakota Schipper, Brandon Daase and Bradley Parker.

The Pilots are now off to the Keystone Cup, the Western Canadian Championship.

The six team tourney runs April 19-22 in Saskatoon.
