Regarding the old Paramount Theater, if this building and land it sits on was given as a gift to the city. why does the city not invest in fixing it up, So far has not cost us taxpayers anything. Maybe bringing it back to life would jump start the downtown area. The city should run it as it once was, giving jobs to students etc. Welcome to the City Cinema; tax dollars well spent.
