Chilliwack gas prices don’t jive
I would like to know why, when the price of crude oil has been on the decline for over a week, our prices at the pump are still rising. I have compared Chilliwack’s prices to both Abbotsford and Vancouver for the past few days, and guess what? The prices in Chilliwack are only 1 cent below those in Vancouver and some prices in Vancouver are even lower than those in our Fair City. The other day, I compared Abbotsford’s prices to ours and ours were a full 5 cents higher. Makes you wonder if there is any collusion here. From now on, I will only buy gas in Chilliwack when I’m desperate and will buy in Abbotsford when I pass through there and urge others to do the same until this gouging stops!
