Uncle Bob passed away peacefully early Sunday morning in Chilliwack General Hospital.
Born to Scottish parents in Saskatchewan, Bob was the baby of seven children. He farmed there with his brother, Jim, until 1973 when they moved to Chilliwack. He began dairy farming in 1978. He really liked the farming way of life.
In 1996, he met and married his wife, Elza. They enjoyed dancing, travelling, socializing and of course living on the farm.
Bob was predeceased by his brothers David and Jim; sisters Anges, Ethel and Elsie. He is survived by his sister, Hazel.
He will be greatly missed by Elza, Hazel, many cousins and everyone who ever called him Uncle Bob.

A memorial gathering will be held at the farm, Saturday, October 31, 2009 from 2:00-5:00pm.
