We regret to advise that William B. Cochran died on July 23, 2005 at the age of 87. Born in LaSygne, Kansas, USA on April 2, 1918. He was a long time resident of Sardis.
When war was declared he enlisted in the US Army Corps of Engineers and served in the Yukon, Europe and Okinawa.
He enjoyed his family, his work in construction and his army service. After several hydro electric projects he built customhomes in the Chilliwack area.
He will be dearly missed by his family, wife, Frances; daughters, Leslie Wilton and Barbara (Peter), Grant, sons Michael (Denise) and Stephen, six grandchildren and two great grandsons.
As he wished there will be no service. The family will gather to celebrate his long and happy life.
