Wilhelmina (Minnie) Martin passed away March 16, 2003. Minnie was very active with First Avenue Christian Assembly for many years. She was the oldest living member of the congregation.
Funeral service will be held at the First Avenue Christian Assembly on Thursday, Mar. 20, 2003 at 1 p.m. Pastor Elmer Martin officiating. Interment in IOOF Cemetery.
Minnie is survived by children, Ernest Martin of Regina, Sask., Erwin (Rachelle) Martin of Unity, Sask., Violet (Max) Schapp of Chilliwack, and Garry (Evelyn) Martin of New Westminster; 16 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; one great-great-great-grandchild; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her husband James, April 11, 1959; daughter Ruth; son Harold; one grandchild; and one great-grandchild.
Should family and friends so desire, donations in her memory may be made to the First Avenue Christian Assembly for Missionary Work.
