Victor Raymond Brown passed away suddenly at the age of 91, following a courageous battle with cancer on November 19, 2009 at Chilliwack, BC. Victor worked in the Chilliwack Post Office for many years. He was in the Postal Corps of the Army during WWII, rising to the rank of Lieutenant. He was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion and the International Order of Forresters. He enjoyed bowling and had a passion for gardening. He and Stella loved their travels, cruising and visiting around the world.

Victor will be lovingly remember by his wife of 67 years, Stella; daughters, Dorothy (Bill) Sturgeon and Shelly (Danny) Mallari; grandchildren, Rhonda (Chris) Lobermayer, Vicki (Brian) Dube, Keri Brown (Dan Giesz), Daniel Mallari and Sean Mallari; great grandchildren Ian and Curtis Lobermayer and Mari Jane Giesz. Victor was sadly predeceased by his son, Terry Brown.

There will be no service by Victor’s request. If any so desire, memorial donations to a charity of your choice would be welcomed.
