Theresa Virginia “Ginny” Koelzer, was born October 15th, 1937 in Reserve Mines, Nova Scotia, passed away December 25th, 2006 at her home in Chilliwack. Pre deceased by her husband Bernard “Grandpa Bern” Koelzer in 2003, daughter Debbie Spencer in 2006, son in-law Jim Spencer in 2004. Survived by son Leo Baggio (Kimberlee) of Kamloops, daughter Paula MacNeil (Bradley) of Donkin, Nova Scotia, grandchildren James, Katie, Kristen Spencer, Jake and Sophia, Baggio; Amanda and Nick, Wadman, Adam MacNeil. Also survived by her Sister Marie (Bob) Nunn of Abbotsford.
Ginny will be remembered by her family as a loving and caring mother and grandmother who loved nothing more than to spend time with her family. Christmas at the house on Fairfield Island, or the summer barbecues at Thousand Trails, they were loved, appreciated and will be missed, just like you Mom “Granny”
There will be a Mass of Christian Burial on Friday January 5, 2007, 10:30 am at St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church. Father Justin Haung Officiating. Interment to follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations Breast Cancer Society of Canada. www.bcsc.ca
