Mom was the strong link that held our family together She will missed by all who knew you. Soon after dad passed away  mom wrote several poems about missing dad and some day being together again. She liked this one the best.

“The Puppeteer”

I saw you first across the room, and I must know your name.

For I had searched for many years ere to this stage I came.

Did you know that destiny-- had this meeting planned?

The puppeteer had pulled the strings, you came and took my hand.

The stage is set, the theatre fills, the shows about to start.

And like the puppets on the string we each must play our part.

I wonder if that guiding hand does know what joy it brings?

When with great dexterity, it, manipulates the strings.

So when this life is over, and we have had our day.

The puppeteer with gentle hand, puts us each away.

Oh treat us gently puppeteer and dress in garment new--

So when God writes another show, I may star with you.
