“Thel” passed away peacefully at Belvedere Care Centre in Coquitlam.
She spent most of her life as a loving mother and homemaker and enjoyed many hours camping and fishing with Sandy. Memorable times were spent with family and trips to Reno.
She was predeceased by her husband Sandy Stevenson; her parents, Clara and William Silverthorne; her brothers, Orville, Wilbert and Lorne Silverthorne.
She is survived by her children, Jewel (Ken) Stewart; Rusty (Cynthia) Stevenson, Jodi (Jeff) Frasier; grandchildren: Amanda and Maureen Stevenson, Cole (Jessie) Frasier; Carlen (Bill) Smith; great-grandchildren:Madisen and Mackenzie Smith; Isabella and Jayden Sasyn; sister: Norma Wilson; sister-in-law, Ina Tutte.
A celebration of Thel’s life will be held at Henderson’s Tea Room in Chilliwack on Saturday, May 3, 2008 at 10:30 a.m.
In lieu of flowers donations to BC Children’s Hospital or Research Fund BC Lung Association would be appreciated.
