Susie Wiens, late of Chilliwack, passed away on Tuesday, February 22, 2005 at the age of 92 years. She was born in Weissenfeldt, Russia on February 26, 1912, the daughter of Abram and Maria Reimer.
Susie is survived by 3 sons, Wil (Elsie), John (Shirley), and Abe (Marie); 5 daughters, Leona Baerg, Serena (Ernie) Rempel, Gertie (Phil) Ratzlaff, Sue Wiens and Debbie (John) Reimer; 25 grandchildren; 68 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her husband John in 1991 and son—in-law, John Baerg in 1993.
A viewing for family and friends will be held on Friday, February 25, 2005 from 7:30 — 9 pm at Woodlawn Mt. Cheam Funeral Home, 45865 Hocking Ave, Chilliwack.
Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, February 26, 2005 at 11:00 am from the Greendale M. B. Church with Pastor Reg Toews officiating. Interment will take place at Greendale Cemetery following the service.
