Suzie, to her friends, was born in Richmond, B.C. January 2, 1971. It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved wife, mother, daughter, and friend August 25, 2004 at Chilliwack General Hospital. Suzie passed away peacefully surrounded by family and friends after a courageous battle with cancer.
Suzie will be missed by her husband and best friend, John; son Ryan; daughter Lizzy; mother Myrt Bessett; and brother Brad (Kris).
Susan was predeceased by her father Bob Bessett.
Susan dedicated her time to her husband, children, and family. She always lifted spirits with her energy and helped to find the brighter side of any situation, even if it meant putting others before herself. She was generous and kind, and was someone who would always listen.
At Susan’s request there will be no service, but family and friends are invited to gather and celebrate her life on Saturday, Aug. 28, 2004 between 1-3 p.m. at the Rhombus Hotels and Resorts, 45920 First Ave., Chilliwack.
The family wishes to thank the staff of Chilliwack Hospital Palliative Care.
