It has pleased the Lord to take from our side, Steven Van den Brink, late of Rosedale, B.C. passed away December 30, 2005 at the age of 80 years.
He was born November 28, 1925 in Ede, Holland and immigrated to Rosedale in 1957.
He is survived by his wife, Geurtje; sons: Tony (Henny) Van den Brink; John (Hanne) Van den Brink, Alfred (Cora) Van den Brink; daughters: Marilyn (John) Van der Knyff; Sheila (John) Anker; 19 grandchildren; great-grandchildren; 8 sisters and 1 brother in The Netherlands; brothers-in-law, John Verschuur, Albert (Joanne) Verschuur; 1 sister-in-law, and 2 brothers-in-law in The Netherlands.
Funeral Service was held on Wednesday, January 4, 2005 at 1:30 p.m. at the Reformed Congregation of North America, Rev. T. Treur officiating.
Interment in Chilliwack Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Mt. Cheam Christian School.
