Stanley Bell, born on Nov. 14, 1925, after living a fulfilling life, passed away on June 29, 2003.
He is survived by his wife and best friend of over 50 years, Kay; daughter, Sharon; son, Warren (Rita) and their children, Melissa and Jesse; son, Gordon; brothers, Dudley and Len (Darlene); niece Karen (Guy) and their children; and nephew, Doug.
Stan was predeceased by his brother Edward.
The family wishes to give heartfelt thanks to Dr. Lisa Jeppesen and her staff as well as the nursing staff of the fourth floor palliative care unit of Chilliwack General Hospital, for their care and kindness.
An information gathering of friends and family will be held in Stan’s honour on July 4, 2003 from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. at the clubhouse at Promontory Lake Estates, 6001 Promontory Rd., Chilliwack, BC.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Chilliwack Hospice Society.
