Samuel Morris “Sam” Reid passed away peacefully at Chilliwack General Hospital on May 1, 2004 at the age of 74 years. He was born in Chilliwack on January 4, 1930.
He worked for many years with the Dept. of Public Works as a dredge operator.
Survived by his 2 sons — Mike (Lida) Reid, and Ernie (Julie) Reid; six grandchildren; one sister Mrs. Edith Robertson; and many nieces and nephews.
Private family cremation. Valley Crematorium, Chilliwack.
