Robert Wesley Hawke passed away peacefully on January 22, 2003 at the age of 86 years. Robert was a resident of Vernon since April 2002, formerly of Sardis, Richmond, Vancouver and Dryden, Ontario.
He was pre-deceased by daughter Susan and leaves to mourn, his loving family, wife Jean; daughter, Cathy (Randy) Bock of Richmond; son, Jim (Gail) Hawke of Vernon; grandchildren, Trevor, Colin, Jamie & Lucas; sister, Phyllis Lavery of Toronto, along with numerous nieces, nephews and extended family members.
Funeral Service will be held on Monday, January 27, 2003 at 11:00 a.m., in the Family Room of Pleasant Valley Funeral Home, with Reverend Russ Ferrie officiating.
Interment will take place in the Valley View Memorial Gardens, Surrey, BC.
