Robert Carman Shine passed away suddenly in Thunderbay, Ontario on July 3, 2006 at the age of 79 years.
Robert had a great sense of humour.
He is survived by his loving family: wife, Phyllis of 58 years; two daughters: Joanne (David) Rife, Duncan, B.C., Judy (Anthony) Marr, Chilliwack, B.C.; two sons: Richard (Judy) Shine, Sooke, B.C., Darrell (Christine) Shine, Brandon, Manitoba; six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; one sister, Emily, and one brother, Lester, both of Ontario; many nieces and nephews.
Pre-deceased by two daughters: Linda and Debbie
A memorial service will be held on Saturday July 8, 2006 at 1:00 P.M. from The Area Support Unit on Korea Rd off Keith Wilson Rd. Padre Fred Tassinari officiating.
Cremated remains will be placed in Vedderview Cemetery,
If family and friends so desire donations to the B.C. Heart and Stroke Fund would be appreciated.
