Left to cherish his memories are 2 brothers Colin (Kay), Glen (Val) of Alberta where he spent his young life. After joining the Air Force & moving to BC, he met & married Jean of 37 yrs (predeceased in ’81). They had 3 children: Al, Rick (Linda), Bev (Gord), and all the grandchildren, to the great-great ones, 13 in all. He had over 30 yrs safe driving & instructing for Greyhound, entertaining many a passenger. After retiring, traveling was still his passion and he was fortunate to find his new life companion, Eileen of 24 yrs (predeceased in 2002). They enjoyed traveling & family times with Joe (Sharon), Bill (Vicky), Linda, Wayne (Colleen) and many more grandchildren. The family would like to extend their sincere gratitude to the nurses & staff at the Bradley Center where he spent the last 2 yrs of his life.
No service as per request. There will be a road trip at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Palliative Care in the Chilliwack Hospital.
