Raymond Bernard fetter

Born January 25, 1916 passed away peacefully at Simpsons Manor, Fort Langley on June 13, 2007.

He is whole again and re-united with Mom.

He leaves behind his loving family - Dean (Donna); Diane (Bill); Janice; Barey (Kathy); 12 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.

Ray was a teacher and mentor to many having spent most of his career at Chilliwack Senior Secondary.

Funeral Services were held at St. Mary’s Catholic Church on Sat., June 23, 2007 at 11:00 am.

Donald James

Don passed away peacefully Saturday, June 16, 2007 at the BC Cancer Agency, Vancouver, B.C.

He was born in Vancouver on November 26, 1930. Predeceased by his mother Ethal, father, Fred, three sisters, Dorothy, Gladys and Marion, brother, Fred and beloved son, Thomas Richard “Rick.” Also, by long-time partner Doris Boylan in 1993. Survived by Beatrice-Jeanne, the mother of his children, James Alexandra (Laurie), Dawna-Jeanne, Sandra Louise, Margaret Ann (Will) and Sharon Lynne (Wade.), eight grandchildren, Courtney, Kristin, Destiny, Skylar, Darby, Myles, Cody and Madison. Also, three step-children and seven great-grandchildren.

Don was a member of the Royal Canadian Engineers for many years serving as manager of the officer’s mess at CFB Chilliwack for 14 years.

Don retired in 1973 as a W/O. Don was very active in the Gizeh Temple Shrine in recent years as a member of the Scooter Corp. Also, a 50-year member of the Branch #4 Royal Canadian Legion and Masonic Order Ionic 19.

A celebration of life for Don will be held July 21, 2007 at the Masonic Hall on Hocking Avenue, Chilliwack from 2:00-4:00pm.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the BC Cancer Agency, 600 West 10th Avenue, Vancouver, B.C. or to the Shriners Hospital for Children c/o Gizeh Shrine Centre, 3550 Wayburne Drive, Burnaby, B.C., V5C 3K9
