Phyllis Doreen Makelki, late of Chilliwack, B.C. passed away April 1, 2004 at the age of 68 years. She was born in 1935 in Mannville, Alberta.

She is survived by her husband, Chris Makelki; daughter, Diane (Brian) Filsinger and grand-daughters Kayli and Elyse; son Brent (Donna) Makelki and grand-daughters Cheyanne and Breena. Also survived by sister, Lorna Burnette and brothers, Ross Ewing and Frank Ewing.
She was predeceased by her parents, Clarence and Amy Ewing (Manuel) and son, Gene Christopher Makelki.
We are especially grateful to Dr. L. Martin and the staff at the FVCC as well as Dr. T. Ta and the home care nurses in Chilliwack.
