Perry Dale Dann passed away unexpectedly at home on December 21, 2005 at the age of 42. Perry was born in Calgary on June 16, 1963. He was predeceased by his sister Tammy in 1969, his mother Patricia in 1986, and his father Alfred in 1998, all of Calgary, AB. Perry is survived by his son Jesse of Calgary, daughter Mariah of Chilliwack, daughter Cherish of Ontario, sister Bonnie (Lorne) of Calgary, brother Trevor (Catherine) of Calgary, sister Andrea (Dale) of Calgary, nieces and nephews and two granddaughters. Perry also leaves behind his closest and dearest friend Darcy of Calgary and his many friends of BC.
Funeral service and cremation will take place in Calgary, AB at a later date. In lieu of flowers please make a donation to the charity of your choice.
