Passed away peacefully December 6, 2008 at Chilliwack General Hospital. He will be missed by his mother Grace McGovern of Vancouver, son Campbell McGovern of Chilliwack; loving brother Gordon and sister-in-law Anne; sisters: Lill Montrey of Vancouver and Elaine Sandham of Prince George B.C.
