Patricia Esme Dyck (Piper), born July 18, 1932, in Winnipeg, Man., passed away suddenly and peacefully on Friday, Oct. 8, 2004, surrounded by her husband and family.
Forever loved and deeply missed by Jake, her loving husband of 52 years and by their children: son, Allan (Janice) Dyck, daughter Barb (Les) Hodgins and daughter Jennifer (Brian) Scott; her grandchildren, of whom she was so proud: Kelly, Ian, Erin, Alison, Leonard, Victoria, Lindsay, Laurie, Stacey and Garrison; great grandchildren: Julia, Sonya, Mariam and Noah. Sister: Phyllis Fox. Sisters-in law: Marilyn Piper and Margaret Grant, Cousin: Gladys Dight, as well as many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Pat was predeceased by her son Jamie; mother and father, Jane and Henry Piper; three brothers, Kenneth, Stuart and Albert; and grand-daughter, Amy.
Her love, smile, wit, encouragement, generosity, strength and inspiration will be forever in our hearts.
A memorial service will be held at St. Thomas Anglican Church, Chilliwack, on Thursday, Oct. 14, 2004 at 1:30 p.m.
